As managing principal, I am responsible for conceptual design, and the development of your contract documents. My post graduate training in culinary arts and food service management is complemented by project management experience that included national restaurant and hotel projects. In forming my own firm, I saw the opportunity to provide a more professional level of food service consulting services to the design community, and since 1990, our experience spans hospitality, education, and institutional food service projects for nationally recognized architecture and interior design firms.
Kaitlin is responsible for administrative activities in the Orlando office as well as site inspections and construction document support to Central Florida architects. Her background includes food service, hospitality, lifecare, marketing, and business development.
